My ideal job.. :)

Hello people, today I tell you about my ideal job…

My ideal job it is something complicated because I want many things, for example I'll like work in many places, for example in Santiago and in a town, specifically in a rural zone, because in a small town it’s more difficult to the people receive an attention in health and the more important is that this attention is of quality.

With respect to the public or private system I don’t know, I think that I could start in the public system and work there by years, and after I could work in the private system or even I could work in both system, because to me is very important help to the people that need my help and I believe that both systems can be the complement to improve the health in Chile.

About the position I prefer don’t talk about this, because is something delicate this topic and for me is more important improve the health in Chile and that all could work for this instead of worrying about the position that everyone want to have.

The responsibilities in my ideal job must to be many for can help to all women that need me, I think that the responsibilities are very important in this job due to that I work with women and with her babies and for this reason I believe that is very important be responsible in the midwifery.

The schedule isn’t very important to me, though I prefer work during all the day, for example to eight o’clock to eight o’clock, but the schedule is something that I don’t worry me, though if I have to work during the night, I don’t have problem.

Respect to the environment and the kind of people I believe that is important that the people are nice and the environment is nice too, for that the job can be most pleasant to me and for the women that I’ll attend.

Hello people today I tell you a story, I hope that you enjoy it.

Once upon a time a girl, she is 16 years old and she moves to another city because her parents change of work, this city was very different to the other city where she was living, because this new city is most cold than the other city, but she believe that something interesting could happen… The first day of the high school she know two girls Jessica and Anna they are very nice and their present to Emma the other guys of the grade and they are very nice too, their names are Paul, Alex and Rob. Rob says to Emma: Have you seen the movie Twilight? And she says: Yes, I saw, but don’t worry you because I haven’t seen New moon, if you want we can go to see new moon tomorrow after the class and Rob says very excited of course that I want and they agreed to be in the cinema to the five o' clock. After of the movie they were to the café shop and she says to Rob: look there is a cake!, I’ll buy because I didn’t buy nothing to my mother that is of birthday today, though she thought this gift isn’t enough and she decide to buy a perfume too delicious and after they left to Emma’s house for celebrate to Emma’s mom.

Education and prevention in health :)

Hello people in this opportunity I tell you about the education and prevention in health.

First in relation to the health topics in education we must know that are things that one teach to the people, for example prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STD), prevention of the teen pregnancy and in prevention of the breast and cervical cancer among other things.

The ways of prevention it depends of that we want to prevent, in this case, to prevent the pregnancy of teenager are important the use of condom or rubber like too to prevent the STD, and the mammography to detect the breast cancer and the Papanicolau test to detect the cervical cancer.

The kind of people that I must educate can be the teenager, women or even her family, everyone decides the kind of people to educate, though I prefer educating the teenagers and the women to prevent the diseases to which they are exposed and how they can prevent these diseases.

In relation to how educate there is many options principally is through of chats with different topics and this chats must be interactive to help the people to understand the information that one teaches them.

With respect to needs of the Chilean people is relative because in Chile there is different needs for example, there is to reduce the teen pregnancy, the breast and cervical cancer, the sexually transmitted diseases among other things, is for this reason that the midwife is very important to prevent and reduce all the needs and problems that there is in the Chilean people.

Gender Role in Health care.

Hello people today I’m tell you about the Gender Role in Health Care, and about the responsibilities, salaries kind of patients, professional development between other things.

I think that the responsibilities are similar between women and men, I don’t believe that one have more responsibilities that the other, because both work in the health care and both help to the people and for this reason in my opinion both have the same responsibilities, because the responsibilities are more related with the experience that with the gender role.

Related with the salaries I don’t know much about this topic, but I don’t believe that exist much difference between the salaries of the women and men, in addition I think that is not well that the men salaries are more than that of the women, because both realize the same work.

About the kind of patients that have to attend everyone it depends about the specialization of everyone, for example in the midwifery the patients are the same, because both have to work in the same areas, for example neonatology, obstetrics and gynaecology, so I don’t believe that the patients that have to attend everyone are different at least in the midwifery is this way, but in the other areas maybe the kind of patients that have to attend are different for women and men.
And with the professional development it depends of everyone, if oneself want to develop professionally can do it regardless of the gender, so that in my opinion all the people that work in the health system can be better professionals because the professional development is regardless of the gender therefore all can and must develop professionally.
